To ensure your toddler gets all the nutrients they need offer a well-balanced diet which includes foods from all the main food groups:
- Fruits and vegetables (fresh, frozen or canned
are all good choices).
- Breads and cereals (preferably wholemeal).
- Lean meats and meat alternatives.
- Dairy products (2 serves a day).
